EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FEEL AT HOME Beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen that includes full-size appliances, a microwave, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. From there, it is your responsibility to replenish supplies as needed at nearby stores. - AC Temperature Settings: For proper operation of the cooling system, the lowest the thermostat can be set is 72°F. Setting it any lower will cause the AC to freeze up and stop working. - Security Disclosure: There is an active Ring Video Doorbell located at the front door of the property. The device is located outside the unit and monitors the exterior entry area.
